Villas Slade is the leader of the island nation of Ricca, who is secretly an alien from the planet Zylmarx named Crat Chm'rk, AKA The Claw. He allies himself with the Axis powers, in order to secretly abduct their soldiers and turn them to his own Zylmarxian hybrid super soldier army, with the aid of German scientist, Albert Ankov, who he kidnaps and mutates using his own blood.
