A boy from the Angels' school who's also a passionate Pokemon Trainer. Victor's one of the strongest trainers at the Angels' school, and has aced just about every local tournament there is since moving from Postwick. Heck, he'd might even beat the Champion if not for the one thing that's continually eluded him: the sponsorship he needs to officially participate in the Major League. He's been determined to get a sponsorship now that his old childhood friends Hop and Gloria are doing the League Challenge next season, and was doing the Minor League challenge as a means of getting extra eyes on himself and his team when he runs into the Angels, and a few disgraced Gym leaders who are down on their luck. Feeling sympathy for their situation, he agrees to the Angels' plans to help them get their spark back.
