One of Mabairot's four generals, whose title is the Plague-Bearing Storm. Alvolio is a conman who spends his days selling Ekans-oil tonics and cures that he claims will improve anything one feels they lack: they can make you look ten years younger! They make your Pokemon stronger than the Champion's! They make all your troubles disappear! Of course, it's all sweet nothings at the end, but his charisma and slyness makes it incredibly easy for him to con others. This sly and cunning attitude of his is exactly what made Mabairot recruit him, and he did need some help dodging the law, so he was happy to accept the offer.
