Andrew Love as Overlord/Mikhail Derenko-Rising up from the ranks of one of Cobra's elite legions, the Overlord is a power-hungry authoritarian bent on becoming the next leader of Cobra, but the Cobra Emperor Serpentor is already leading, but he has the Coil under his Dictator.
