Synopsis

Gavin Hammon as Destro/James McCullen Destro XXIV-His family have been weapon suppliers dating back as far as the English Civil War, the faceless power behind MARS (Military Armaments Research System), largest manufacturer of state-of-the-art weaponry. When Cobra was beginning it rise a new terrorist power to be reasoned with, Destro decided to join the organization to further his own goals. Destro respects the G.I. Joe team for their combat skills and expertise, but abhors them for wasting such skills to maintain peace.
