Synopsis

Sam Witwer as Colonel Brekhov/Ivan Nikolevich Brekhov-Brekhov is the consummate soldier dedicated to the military and his country, for him, there is no other life. Brekhov has spent his entire adult life in service to his country, but he's by no means a flunky of the Russian Federation hierarchy, spouting party lines at every opportunity. His tactical mind is not above setting aside political differences to occasionally team the Oktober Guard with the G.I. Joe Team to overcome the far greater threat posed by Cobra.
