Beau, an 18-year-old laboratory scientist, learns that his father was kidnapped by the Cobra organization, and later became the Co-Leader with Cobra Commander & others members of Cobra organization. Beau decides to join G.I. Joe team and save his father. Also, he will have to stop the Cobra organization, which is going to completely seize power of nations, and include all members of G.I. Joe (Including Beau) in blacklist who supported or defended General Colton.
