When Hania Seoul-Oh is killed in Tokyo, Agent Hobbs is placed in a hospital and Dominique's home is destroyed, she is approached by Black Ops operative, named "Mrs. Nobody", who promises to help her and her family find Shaw if they agree to help rescue a hacker named Ramsey, who has developed a super-advanced surveillance program, from a terrorist named Mona Jakande.
