Having fought in several conflicts spanning almost four decades, Walter rises to the rank of Colonel and is appointed Commander, Mobile Special Forces, United States of the New Continent (USNC) Army. After this assignment, he retires from the Army in order to make up for lost time with his wife Lynn and daughter Gloria, the latter who later follows her parents' footsteps as a Mobile Soldier.
