Synopsis

2102. The Republic of Alordesh (futuristic Bangladesh) attempts a coup de tat of several bases controlled by the Oceanian Cooperative Union (OCU) in hopes of creating its own republic. Caught in the middle of these numerous acts of rebellion are a handful of troops from the "Muddy Otters" reconnaissance battalion within the elite Oceanian Marine Corps. This ragtag group is the only hope that the union has in order to maintain peace throughout Southwest Asia.

Description of Tom Nolan, Major, OCU Army - Dull Stags Battalion:

Tom is the commander of the OCU Army's "Dull Stags" battalion. A prior enlisted "Mustang" officer in the Australian Infantry Corps, he has been passed over a number of times for promotion to Lieutenant Colonel due to his involvement in various cases surrounding embezzlement of various Army property. Nevertheless, due to his headstrong fighting spirit, the Army decided to retain him until his impending retirement. Originally named "Thomas Norland" in the video game "Front Mission 2nd."
