Description of Sein:

A talented but apathetic priest Frieren's party encounters near a village in the Northern Countries. He refuses Frieren's offer to join them initially, because he feels obligated to stay by his brother's side and because he promised his friend to wait for him and then go adventuring with him together. Frieren and his big brother eventually manage to convince him.
