Pamela is the former cook at Camp Crystal Lake. While living and working at the Camp in 1977, her severely deformed son Jason drowned while the Counselors who were supposed to be watching him were fooling around. In 1978 those very same counselors were murdered under mysterious circumstances. The camp her been closed ever since however Pamela has just leanred the news that Steve Christy, the son of the former owners plans to re-open the camp.
