High school senior Milton Kessler is targeted by a Serial Killer known as the Blissfield Butcher. However, instead of being killed, Milton and the Butcher somehow swap bodies. Milton, stuck in the Butcher's body, must evade the Butcher, in his body, who is now targeting his classmates.
