Roddy MacStew is a Scottish computer genius and former employee of Apex Microchips. Roddy designed the Pinnacle Chip that gave Freakazoid his powers. He now serves as Freakazoid's mentor to help him master his powers and keep the Pinnacle Chip out of the wrong hands.
