In the suburbs of GoAnimate City, Doge is king. He is loved by almost everyone surrounding him. He even has three people that work for him, and their names are PaRappa Rappa, Kitty Katswell and Master Shake! But then, a new guy comes to town and his name is Floppa. Floppa is an honest, hard working guy who was popular at his city, until it burned down. Everyone then starts paying attention to Floppa, much to the anger of Doge. So they decide to battle. It's Doge, Kitty, PaRappa and Shake vs Floppa, Boyfriend, Manny Heffley and Dudley Puppy! Who is going to die? Will Kitty and Shake get married? Will the once glorious nation of GoAnimate City, Mexico CIty, Kazakhstan, United States ever be the same again?
