Barry Allen (Flash) wakes up in a totally different world. His Mom is alive, His Dad isn't in prison, Batman is different, the Amazons and the Atlantians are at war with each other, there is no Superman, no Earth Green Lanterns, and the Justice League doesn't exist. Barry comes face to face with the man who killed his Mother, Eobard Thawne (Reverse Flash). Thawne tells Barry someone has meddled with time.
