After Barry Allen finally finds out who killed his parents was the Reverse Flash, he chases him so fast Hes sent to the past where he stops his mom from being murdered but when he gets back things have changed Thomas Wayne is Batman, Superman isn't so super anymore, Cyborg is now the most powerful superhero, and Shazam is made up of a bunch of kids instead of just Billy Batson. Flash now has to get his powers back and stop Reverse Flash while also restoring the timeline, but its goanna be hard when the Amazonians and Atlanteans are at war. Soon Flash will find out that the Reverse Flash is actually Donald Drake who was actually Eddie Thawne's great grandson from the future named Eobard Thawne.
