William Afton is the main antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise. He has also been known as the Purple Guy, the Murderer, Springtrap, and Scraptrap. Later on in the franchise, when the Virtual Reality game came out, he was trapped inside the game as a character known as Glitchtrap. He is the father of Elizabeth Afton, and also the father of the "Crying Child" and the "Older Brother", one of whom is Michael Afton.
