Leader of those who Slither in the Dark. First seen when he prevents Byleth from saving his Father's life. Those who slither in the Dark manipulated many crest bearers in their quest to overthrow the church. He killed and took the place of Lord Arundel, the brother of Edelgard's Mother/Dimitri's Step-Mother. He tries to finish off Claude before the Kingdom Army arrives and defeat him. He then reveals himself to be Thales, nearly killing Seteth, who took a blow for Flayn. Byleth kills him and as he dies he delivers final taunting to Dimitiri.
