Synopsis

College student Eve Murphy finally comes back to her hometown for summer vacation after having been at school in Pittsburgh for 3 years as her estranged father Sheriff Joel Murphy deals with a strange illness that has popped up in town that seems to be bringing the dead back to life. Description of Joel Murphy:

A Sheriff in New Wilmington, PA. Joel's wife died 13 years prior to the series from cancer and he started drinking heavily. Abusing his two children Eric and Eve. After both his kids are grown up and out of the house he starts going to Alcohol's Anonymous where he meets fellow addict Valerie Fisher. The two's bond helps get him through the steps and at the beginning of the series he is 2 years sober.
