Swartz (スウォルツ, Suworutsu)[1] is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Zi-O. He is the eldest member of a mysterious royal family from another timeline and the leader of the Time Jackers who transforms into Another Decade (アナザーディケイド, Anazā Dikeido), an Another Rider derived from Kamen Rider Decade.
