ElementMan.EXE (エレメントマン.ＥＸＥ Erementoman Eguze) is the NetNavi of Vic and an antagonist in Mega Man Battle Network 6, where the two are members of the WWW. He only speaks nonsensical sounds such as "pirikira", though others can still understand him.
