Zocks Goldtsuiker (ゾックス・ゴールドツイカー Zokkusu Gōrudotsuikā) is Twokaizer (ツーカイザー Tsūkaizā), the leader of the World Pirates and the de-facto Sixth Ranger of the Zenkaigers, as he chooses to maintain his distance. Zocks' birthday is August 13th.[1]
