Dark Phantom, known as Phantom Black (ファントム・ブラック Fantomu Burakku) in Japan, is an antagonist in Mega Man Star Force 2 and 3. The EM Wave Change of Hyde and the UMA Phantom, Dark Phantom served under Dr. Vega before her defeat where he strikes out on his own and pesters Mega Man on his missions.
