"Everything Stays" is a song featured in "Everything Stays", where Marceline's mother sings it to comfort a young Marceline. It is sung by Marceline herself in the final scene of "The Dark Cloud". It is the first song that Rebecca Sugar wrote for Adventure Time after leaving the show to work on Steven Universe. The song was first revealed at the 2015 San Diego Comic Con Adventure Time & Steven Universe panel.
