A supporting character from the book Redwall and its sequel Mattimeo. Cornflower is a resident of Redwall Abbey. She helps defend the abbey from the invading forces of Cluny the Scourge, and she ends up marrying the protagonist, Matthias.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
