Deep within Australia lies a mystical rainforest called Ferngully where it is maintained by elves and tree sprites. Among these, is the rebellious Crysta who, upon seeing a smoke cloud, believes Ferngully's ancient enemy, Hexxus, has broke free of his imprisonment. Hoping to investigate, Crysta sets off with a brain-addled Flying Fox named Batty and comes across a young man named Zak.
However, when a human lumber company unleashes the evil Hexxus, Crysta and her fellow sprites must band together in order for Ferngully, and possibly the world, from the wrath of the vengeful spirit. read more
