Synopsis

The town of Sacramento is being terrorized by a new serial killer. We follow the killer named Billy, and his slow descent into madness. Billy is under the influence of a fleshy pit in his house, as well as a mysterious priest. Both of which, egg hun on to commit murder, which he does. All the while Billy is getting notes from a mysterious person, who knows about his secret.

After Billy commits his first murder, he gets a mysterious card in the mail. It states “I Know What You Did!!!”, later on we hear a distorted voice over the phone saying the same phrase.
