Synopsis

The town of Sacramento is being terrorized by a new serial killer. We follow the killer named Billy, and his slow descent into madness. Billy is under the influence of a fleshy pit in his house, as well as a mysterious priest. Both of which, egg hun on to commit murder, which he does. All the while Billy is getting notes from a mysterious person, who knows about his secret.

We never see the priest in the flesh, but we hear his voice frequently throughout the film. Everyday Billy gets a call from this priest, who tells Billy what he’s doing is perfectly healthy.
