Synopsis

In 2007, the East/West conflict had raged for generations and the Earth was ravaged by a nuclear war that began in the 1990s. After a disastrous decade, humanity is now struggling for survival. The best solution to have peace: prepare for war. The US Army Cyborg may have found the perfect solution: a powerful biological weapon, made on a distant island.
