Reed Richards (John Krasinski) studies the possible existence of different dimensions, he creates a portal to a dimension, the Negative Zone. The place where the cosmic rays gave the powers of the Fantastic Four. As they explore the dimension, they encounter its species and the ruler of the Negative Zone, Annihilus (Michael Sheen). He tries to steal Richards' technology to invade Earth and other planets outside their dimension, the Fantastic Four must stop Annihilus and his army before he takes over the world.
