If anyone on the planet has a shorter fuse than either Johnny Storm or Ben Grimm, it's Namor. Ruler of the undersea kingdom of Atlantis, Namor holds a special contempt for the "surface dwellers" who endangered his home with nuclear testing and pollution (especially Reed Richards, who he sees as an obstacle in his quest to win Sue Storm's affections). In spite of his pride and temper, Namor genuinely fights for the safety of his home and will often give aid to the FF when a threat endangers the world both above and below the waves.
