Dr. Franklin Storm's brother and the CFO of Storm Aeronautics, Matthew is the kind of person that usually asks "que bono". While initially excited to have a niece and nephew as superheroes, he soon came to regard the development as, in the Thing's words, "revoltin", when the family's finances came under fire from adventuring, super villain attacks, and a CEO that both literally and metaphorically, disappears for days at a time. Unlike his brother, Matthew yearns for the days when all he had to worry about was getting his coffee on time.
