What if instead of a quirky but good-hearted showrunner, Max Medici (the ringmaster) was a villain like in the original dumbo?, What if he was a sadistic asshole who wanted Dumbo only to win money? also an sadistic who dind't actually care for their workers safety, or even for their own circus, He decides to make an alliance with Mr. Vandevere to kill Mrs. Jumbo so Dumbo couldn't be distracted!
