19 year old Alex has always stood out. And she's happy about that. So when a horrible accident happens, everybody knows she was involved. In a desperate bid to escape from her home, she enrolls in Cherry Blossom University. After moving onto campus and meeting a slew of reckless rebels like herself, one of which is her old crush from grade school, she goes against the patriarchy by joining a secret organization on campus called the Fallen Petals, who protest against the school's strict and discriminatory policies.
