As Harvey Dent is walking down an alleyway to head home to his wife, a silhouetted figure walks up to him and smashes a small beaker of chemicals into his face. As Harvey collapses to the ground screaming in agony, the figure looks lifelessly down at him, telling him "Tell my father I said hello" before he walks off.
