Born in February 1929, Chet Stevenson is a sociopathic, sadistic, and narcissistic air force colonel. He made Frank believe that they were friends, but was secretly sabotaging him behind his back. He died in August of 1974 after being poisoned by his Vietnamese wife Nguyen-Nguyen, whom he we an abusive husband to.
