Albert Higgins is a grizzled, cat-hoarding CIA deep-cover operative stationed in Tokyo for eight years. Crass, loyal, and weathered, he supplies Kane with high-tech gear—electromagnetic suction gloves, UV contact lenses, and a repelling harness—for the Tower G infiltration. Despite his filthy apartment and crude humor ("Her vagina was so big you could go camping in it for the weekend"), Higgins risks his career to help Kane, piloting the getaway helicopter under fire.
