An alternate version of Professor X from Earth-1815 who became embittered and vengeful after his universe's world governments passed Operation: Zero Tolerance, which would see the incarceration or elimination of Earth's super-powered population. Unlike many of his multiversal counterparts, this Xavier holds a deep-seated hatred for humanity, and wishes to see them exterminated.
