It could be Taylor, who grew up in West Reading, Pennsylvania, before moving to Nashville and onward. She could be one of the actresses from the many classic films Taylor watched at the beginning of quarantine. She could even be the queer counterpart to Betty from folklore. Some fans have also connected Marjorie and Dorothea to a pair of sisters from Pennsylvania. Marjorie West was a small town girl who went missing in 1938 at the age of four and was never found, who had an 11-year-old sister, Dorothea. The case garnered enormous attention, and as Taylor is from Pennsylvania she could have feasibly heard about it.
