To recover the crown that was stolen from The Crystal Brighthouse, Sunny Starscout from Zephyr Heights chases the thief until it goes to the basement to get waterfall portal hole pit, Zipp Storm tells the story about portal hole so Sunny Starscout and Izzy Moonbow goes to fall on the portal hole and ends up discovering a parallel world of city named New Zephyr (a allusion of New York). There, she and Pipp turns into humans and attend school. They meets the human version of Sunny's friends so they can help the bring back the crown.
