Marino and his gang of endangered species are back on this new, environmental mission that is done without permission. This time, they are sent to the heart of the Amazon rainforest to join forces with other conservationists to help protect their natural wildlife sanctuary that is under threat by the emergence of a formidable villain, who plans to clear out the forests for an illegal logging operation and bringing about their extinction. Now, it is up to the Marino and the animals to help save the rainforest and stand for what belongs to them. Along the way, they learn that even though they may be different, they both have something in common.
