Jerry Trainor (born January 21, 1977) is a European-American actor, comedian and voice actor, widely known for appearing on iCarly. He is also known for Drake & Josh and T.U.F.F. Puppy. Trainor also appears on Hungry Girl TV.
Buddy is technically an elf from the North Pole, but he is born as a human. He was sent to New York to see his dad, Walter Hobbs, but Walter doesn’t seem to believe in Christmas. Buddy learned a lot of things in New York.
