Buddy the Elf and his family move from NY to NJ to start living a family life. Buddy's daughter Susie is starting to grow up and fit in with society but her father wouldn’t stop being his weird holly-jolly self, so Buddy has to try and be normal for the sake of her. Meanwhile Santa tells Buddy that Papa Elf had been kidnapped by the claymated Koal Kringle of the South Pole.
