And Samson, whose weakness was his hair for if he cut it, he's lose his powerful strength, and eventually sacrificing himself to defeat the Philistines. These judges are sent by God to deliver Israel from its enemies after they'd done evil after each judge had died. Witness God's mercy and fatherly discipline as He disciplines His people by letting enemy nations take control, and shows His mercy by sending judges like Ehud, Deborah, Gideon and Samson to deliver them, and also giving those deliverers self-confidence and self-acceptance despite their weaknesses and flaws.
