Alaqua Cox is a Native American actress. She will star as Maya Lopez / Echo in the 2021 Disney+ series Hawkeye, a role she will reprise in future Marvel Cinematic Universe projects including an Echo solo show spinning off of Hawkeye.
After Echo learns of her father's death at the hands of Daredevil due to him working for the Kingpin, the street level heroes split into two groups and war breaks out on the streets of New York.
