Synopsis

One day, Psy-Crow, Scourge of the Space Lanes, was delivering a hi-tech indestructible super suit designed by Professor Monkey-for-a-Head, to Queen Slug-for-a-Butt, the nastiest villainess in the galaxy. After a quick skirmish, the suit falls down to a planet called Earth, where a normal earthworm is dodging crows. The suit falls on top of said earthworm, and through the wonders of science, magic and some other third thing, a new superhero is born. It's Earthworm Jim! Bad guys are gonna eat plenty of dirt with him around.

Description of Bob the Killer Goldfish:

This megalomaniacal goldfish will stop at nothing to conquer the galaxy. Usually aided by his buff cat minions, namely his carrier Number 4, he's gonna take Jim's suit for himself and drown his enemies in tidal waves. He's easily Jim's toughest nemesis. And no, that wasn't the sound of his bowl shattering, it was Jim's spine breaking. The water on the floor is from a leak somewhere. Yeah.
