While not actually a pet, Tawky Tawny has the intelligence of a full grown man and uses his burgeoning smarts to create all kinds of gadgets for the family including his monster-hunting weaponry. Together with the Lieutenant Marvels and Uncle Marvel, he helped stop the Monster Society of Evil from destroying Fawcett City.
