Dr. Kimiyo Hoshi, an scientist who was born with metahuman abilities as a byproduct of the Mahattaning allows her to control and adsorb a variation of different light energy. She's a member of ARGUS and later the Justice League. She's the divorced mother of two children, Imako and Yasu Hoshi.
