Description of Anita Fite (Empress):

Anita Fite was a powerful Haitian Vodun Mambo. She was inspired by Cissie King-Jones to use her natural abilities to fight for good as The Empress. At first Cissie believed that Anita simply wanted to replace her on the team & bullied her but the girls eventually came to an understanding. Her mother was murdered by her villain grandfather when she was young. She was raised & trained by her grandmother until her death then moved back with her father & his partner. Agua attacked again putting Ishido in critical condition & killing Donald. After defeating Agua she retired for a brief period. She was one of the 8 original members of YOUNG JUSTICE. She lives in New Orleans, Louisianna.
